We are currently working to setup new servers for US and EU, but as this is taking more time than we anticipated. We appreciate everyone's continued patience while we get all of the servers online!

We are absolutely committed to get these servers up and running as soon as possible, so that all server rentals are up and playable for everyone. To acknowledge those who have been patiently waiting for their servers to come online, we will be providing GC bonuses to all servers that did not come online after 12hrs of ordering. As it will take some time to distribute GC bonuses; if you qualify and do not receive your bonus within the next week, please let us know by submitting a ticket to support@thewarz.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We want you to know that everyone here is working very hard to ensure that these servers get up and running as fast as possible!


Update Feb 14 4:53pm PST: The EU server rental queue is all cleared up now. US, the majority (~90%) of the server queue has been completed. The remaining servers will be out of the server queue tomorrow.
